Our AI help desk answers around the clock at no charge. It will try to fix the problem with you, and it will bring in a Summit engineer if it needs one. Engineer time is billed hourly, and the AI will tell you before that happens.

Paste the suspicious email below, ideally with who it is from (in Outlook: File → Properties shows the full headers). We never open the links; we only check where they point. Takes about 10 seconds.
Your team's access
Choose what each person at your company can see here. Ask Summit Networks to add someone who isn't listed.

Pick a client to set up their dashboard and who can see what.
Domains & security monitor
Checked daily: website certificate, domain renewal, website up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and spam blacklists. Serious, time-bound problems open a ticket automatically.
Monthly IT report cards
Generated automatically on the 1st for last month; the client's admins get an email. Generate one any time.
People and access
Each person's access to every client site, in one place. Help desk: "Default" follows the CRM: the primary contact or anyone who approves spend is an Admin; everyone else is a User. Client portal: summitnet.io/my-account/ (estimates, billing, their dashboard), which needs a Microsoft work account to sign in.

Time to invoice
Approve engineer time before it's billed. Approved time exports to CSV for invoicing.

Prepaid hours
Unused hours roll over, then expire 2 months after purchase. Approved time draws from the oldest block first; after-hours time draws at the after-hours rate.
| Client | Purchased | Hours bought | Left | Paid | Expires | Status |

Rates
Used the moment time is logged. Changing a rate never re-prices time already logged.
| Rate | Per hour | After hours | Minimum (min) | Increment (min) |

Help desk health
Every error a customer or engineer hits is captured here automatically. Nobody has to report it. Most heal themselves (retries, model fallback, reconnects); the rest get a Grok diagnosis with the code it points to. Version .
Automations
Rules that keep tickets moving without anyone watching. Time rules run every hour; the others fire the moment something happens. Owner/admin can change them.
